Most artwork will be shipped via Canada Post. Please allow 5-10 business days prior to dispatching.

*excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and Virgin Islands. Any orders from these locations will be subject to an additional fee if applicable. You will be sent a separate invoice to cover the additional postage for your order.

Anastassia Fine Art operates from Ontario, Canada and is not liable for import fees on any purchased products. It is your responsibility to pay any duties, value added tax or other similar charges. If you refuse to pay these additional amounts, your delivery will be returned to us. Provided that the product is in its original condition, we will refund you the cost of your purchase (minus the costs of shipping to and from your country).

Anastassia Fine Art does not accept returns, exchanges nor provide warranties on original work – all sales are final.

Damages

Anastassia Fine Art is not liable for damages caused by the shipper or customer. Please inspect the product upon receipt and contact Anastassia Fine Art via the contact form if you received a damaged product to see if a resolution can be offered. Ensure to take pictures of the package PRIOR to opening (if you see external damage).

Refunds are not offered on art simply due to “change of mind” or natural process of ageing.
